Issue of Transfer Certificate

To ensure a smooth and transparent process for issuing Transfer Certificates, parents and guardians are requested to take note of the following guidelines:

A written application must be submitted to the school office by the parent/guardian at least one week in advance.
The application should clearly mention the reason for transfer and the last date of attendance.
All pending dues, including tuition fees, library fines, and any other charges, must be cleared before the Transfer Certificate can be issued.
A No Dues Certificate from the Accounts Department is mandatory.
At least one month’s notice must be given before withdrawing a student from the school.
In the absence of a notice, one month’s fee will be charged in lieu of notice.
The Transfer Certificate will be issued within 7 working days after the application and clearance of all dues.
